Following recent completion of the 2009 Australian Offshore Superboat Series, the Team 3,
33ft Victory Cat is now being offered for sale.
Originally supplied from the Victory Race Team in Dubai, the boat has been re-powered to
take advantage of financially viable and feasible racing both here in Australia and
neighbouring New Zealand.
The opportunity is presented as a ‘turn key’ acquisition, and
will satisfy all aspects of offshore competition for a
competitor who is looking at inboard operations, or a
ski racer wanting another experience of raceboat competition.

Here is an outstanding opportunity to purchase the only Doug Wright designed race boat in the southern hemisphere.
2004 kilo record holder of 118 MPH
Since then it has had its cockpit reinforced and roll bars fitted.
The boat was rigged by Grants custom rigging in Florida and still features on his website.
Carbon Fibre hatches, tunnel tab, deck vents and dash.
We imported the boat early in 2008 and did extensive modifications completely rebuilding the fuel tanks and re-coring the entire running surfaces of the hulls.
The boat is now bullet proof and the results speak for themselves.
First in the Flat and First in the rough.
The only boat in the entire Superboat fleet to finish every race to date.
Race proven 2.5 Mercury OSR engines that have done approx 20 hours each.

Rayglass has won the NZ Superboat Lite championship every year since it was imported from the States (just in time for the start of the 2007 season).
The boat is set up with fresh 2.5 280hp Offshore Race Motors and is rigged with the best of every including a remote engine fire extinguisher system, rear view camera with LCD screen, dual channel Stilo intercom with integrated UHF ship to shore radio, etc. etc.. Like the newer Skaters, the transom is cutout enabling the engines to be bolted directly onto the transom. This setup provides for a perfectly balanced boat (it flies flat and level) and an impressive top speed of 110mph in race setup (obviously faster if you don’t need to go round corners!).
